A word from Pastor Matt ...

Here are Road Trip Ministries, we have a 3 year rotation for big summer trips.  The first year is a weeklong growth level retreat or camp.  We've been to Colorado Challenge in the Rocky Mountains, as well as,  to Student Life at the Beach in Daytona Beach, Florida. 

The second part of the journey is a domestic missions trip.  This year we are going to Detroit, MI, to work with Central Detroit Christian, an inner-city ministry organization. More about this trip below! 

The third year is an internation missions trip.  We've been to Mexico and to Poland so far! We are planning an international trip for Summer 2009.  In order to go on this trip, you must have prior  mission's experience. So for all 8th- 12th graders, going to Detroit would get you set for 2009!

Please pick up an application and information packet from Pastor Matt. The application and $25 deposit are to be turned in by Thursday, March 6th.  Please contact Pastor Matt with any questions.

Our mornings will be spent running a VBS at CDC.  Our afternoons will be filled with light constructions projects such as painting, rehab of buildings, preparing for evening activities.  Evenings will be filled with outreach, prayer & worship opportunities. 

We also squeeze in a few fun activities along the way!
