Scott Poling: Senior Pastor
Pastor Scott Poling came to the church in the Spring of 1995.  Scott’s heart and passion at the church is for preaching, evangelism, and leadership. He grew up in and around Ocean City, NJ and at the age of 17 came to faith in Christ. Pastor Scott graduated from Cedarville University in Ohio and received his Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary in Texas. Scott and his wife Carla have five children. Scott enjoys trail running with his dog, a good fire in the fireplace and spending time outdoors in God’s creation.

Matt Drietz: Youth Ministries Pastor
Pastor Matt came to Harvest in August, 2002.  He grew up in Minnesota where through his teen and college years he worked in camping ministries. It was while working at camp a the age of 16 that he received his call to ministry and developed a deep love and passion for young people.  Matt attended Oak Hills Christian College and earned his B. A. in Youth Ministry, and even better, met and married the love of his life, Amanda.  Matt enjoys serving at Harvest and loves spending time with Amanda and their five children.

Rollie Lindstrom: Pastor of Worship and Adult Ministries
Pastor Rollie began serving in 1999 as part time Pastor of Worship at Harvest, then joined the staff  full-time in 2006.  He also served as Minister of Worship in Tucson, AZ, Executive Director of the Moody Alumni Association at Moody Bible Institute and as Executive Director of the Christian Youth Center in Joliet.  Rollie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sacred Music from Moody Bible Institute and Master of Church Music degree from Western Conservative Baptist Theological Seminary in Oregon.  Rollie and his wife Sandi have one son at home and two married children. They enjoy being grandparents of Wesley, and are dog lovers (they have two).

George Curry: Pastor of Care
Pastor George  served on the pastoral staff at Bethesda Baptist in Brownsburg, IN for 28 years before moving to Oswego after “retiring.”  George oversees Harvesting Homes visitation ministry, Member Care, Divorce Recovery ministries, and on the side, leads and teaches the senior ministry.  He and his wife Tonda have 2 married children and 8 grandchildren.

Paul Dean: Business Administrator
Paul has attended Harvest for over 8 years serving as a deacon and teacher for Sunday school and the Oasis College ministry prior to joining our staff in 2005.  In addition to his role as Business Administrator, he is serving as Men’s Ministry Director.  Raised in a Christian home, Paul accepted Christ as Lord and Savior at age five.  Paul earned his degree in Business Administration, and has taken numerous graduate level finance/business courses over the course of his 20-year business management career before coming to Harvest.  Paul and his wife Cindy have one married son, two adult daughters, and two grandchildren.

Laura Torres: Director of Early Childhood Ministries
Laura and her family came to Harvest after meeting Pastor Scott, who was canvassing through their subdivision one Saturday morning in August 1997.  Laura joined the staff in May 2002. Laura asked Christ to be her Savior when she was 8 years old, and was raised in a loving Christian home with parents who were involved in children’s programs for many years. She holds a B. S. from Western Illinois University and took an Advanced Studies Program from Moody Bible Institute. Laura and her husband Tony have two adult daughters, a married daughter, and twin grandsons.

Bill Maroney:  Director of Elementary Ministries

Bill has been at Harvest since 2001.  He and his wife Julie started serving in Harvest Children Ministries in 2002.  They’ve been involved in teaching Sunday school, AWANA, children’s church and Vacation Bible School.  Bill joined the Harvest staff in January 2007, after a 20-year career at Metlife in finance management.  Bill came to know the Lord as his Savior in his early 20′s.  He and Julie have two children at home, a married daughter and 2 grandchildren.

Lynn Schilling:  Director of Celebrate Recovery

Lynn started attending Harvest in 1998, and came on staff in 2000. She has served as HBC’s Director for Celebrate Recovery since 2003 and with Celebrate Recovery regionally.  Lynn came to know Christ at age 35 and loves to share her story of hope and a changed life with those who are struggling.  Lynn is the Office Manager for HBC and has two grown daughters and one granddaughter.
